At Mad About Fashion we can guarantee that all of our products are 100% authentic and come with certificates of authentication where applicable.

How can I tell if the Site is secure?

All payments are powered by Worldpay, a well known payment processor. On the payment page, a padlock is displayed to provide confirmation to the user that the site is safe and secure.

Your credit card details are not stored anywhere on the site and are not passed on to any other Companies. You can rest assured that shopping with Mad About fashion is a safe and hopefully enjoyable experience.

None of our customers have ever reported fraudulent use of their credit or debit cards as a result of shopping at Mad About Fashion. The security of our site is extremely important to us. If we got it wrong, we'd lose our reputation, our customers and our business.

Are all the items online in stock?

Yes all the items shown are in stock and available to order directly from our warehouse.

How much is delivery?

A signature is required on receipt of the goods. If you are not in when your goods are delivered, a card will be left. You can then arrange for the goods to be re delivered or you can collect the goods yourself from the address stated on the card, usually at your local Post Office.

How can I pay for the goods?

You can pay online using most major credit and debit cards, by cheque or you can provide your card details by telephone.

How do I place an order online?

Complete the following steps:

Select a Category/Brand.
Click on an Item.
Select Size and Quantity and click on ‘Add to Cart’.
Click on ‘Checkout’.
Complete user details and click on ‘Submit’.
Select Shipping Method (Standard charge) and ‘Submit’.
Review Details and ‘Submit’.
Select Payment Method, if you are paying for the goods online, complete card details (pre populated from the previous screen) and select ‘Make Payment’.

How does paying by cheque work?

Cheques should be made payable to: Mad About Fashion. Send the cheque and a copy of your order confirmation to: Mad About Fashion. PO Box 345, Grays, Essex. RM17 9AB The goods will be despatched as soon as the funds have cleared. We will update you on the progress of your order. We can only accept cheques drawn on a UK bank in £sterling.

Can I make an order over the telephone?

Yes. You can either call us on 0044 1375 650 513 where one of our staff members will be happy to place the order for you or you can complete the following: Add the item/items you wish to purchase to your cart and go to the Checkout page. At the Checkout, enter your name and address details and select 'Provide your payment information over the telephone'. If your order was placed between 9am-5pm on Monday-Friday, a representative from Mad About Fashion will call you within 2 hours and process the order for you. If your order is placed on a weekend or outside of these hours, you will be called on the next working day.

How does Order Tracking work?

Click on 'Order Tracking' at the top of the screen. Enter the Order Number listed on your order confirmation email and your email address. You will then be advised of the status of your order.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to various countries within the UK, Europe, USA and Canada. If a particular Country is not listed within the drop down list of Countries, this means that we are do not ship to this Country at present.

Can I choose the date I'd like my order to be delivered on?

At Mad About Fashion, we understand that it may be more convenient for you to receive your items on a particular day/date so call us on 0044 1375 650 513 or email help@madaboutfashion.co.uk after placing your order to advise us when you'd like us to post your order. *Please note that this service is only available for our UK Customers as we cannot guarantee delivery dates for Overseas.

How do I return an item?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14 day 'no quibble' money back guarantee To qualify, the garments/goods must be unused with all the original packaging and tags attached and returned within 14 days of you receiving the item. We do not accept responsibility for: failure to comply with cleaning instructions, abuse, third party damage or general wear and tear. e.g. damage to zips. EXCHANGES ARE FREE FOR UK. If you require a refund, we will credit your card with the cost of the item within 7 days of receiving it. If the item is faulty or has been delivered to you in error we will provide you with a full refund, including postage costs incurred. Please remember we can only refund or exchange any faulty or otherwise goods if they accompany the original, or a copy of the invoice.

We will not be held responsible for any goods which do not reach us, therefore, for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return goods to us.

If you wish to return an item, please email us at returns@madaboutfashion.co.uk. We will then issue you with a returns number. When posting the goods, please include a copy of the invoice with the returns number, reason for return and whether you'd like a refund or free exchange at the top of the invoice. You may wish to use the returns label attached to your orignal invoice.


This does not effect your statutory rights.

Furthermore, by law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

Which size should I choose?

As sizes vary from designer to designer, we have put together a rough guide on how to find your size.

Please use this guide (requires a tape measure) in conjunction with the product descriptions which contain measurements for each individual item.

*Useful Tip* - Use clothes which fit you comfortably as a base. Measure your favourite items of clothing and check against our measurements to see if they match your size.

Chest: Measure from armpit to armpit and double the number. E.g. If your chest measures 20” across, you are a 40” Chest.

Waist: Measure from waistline to waistline and double the number. E.g. If your waist measures 14” across, you have a 28” Waist.

Inside Leg - Length: Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.
